MZ2 Cruising Code Zero

MZ2 Cruising Code Zero

Sail Includes:
Tri Radial Cut
Anti-Torsion Luff Rope
Cruising Mid Girths
Close Reaching Cruise Profile
Sail Bag

Option:
Code Zero Furler

Sail Overview

MZ2 Cruising Code Zero's are typically used in 60-120% apparent wind angle and work particularly well for yachts with non-overlapping jibs, where they act to provide extra horsepower when reaching. For performance cruising or yachts not restricted by rating rules, the performance benefit of a Code Zero designed with a smaller mid-girths of typically about 60% - allows the sail to be used closer to the wind. (mostly multihulls).

MZ2 Code Zero's are build-out of CZL Laminates, available in Polyester/Tafetta or Technora/Tafetta, both are a lightweight sail cloth with fibers in the warp and offload support provided by a Polyester or Technora X scrim. MZ2 Code Zero's are offered a Light, Medium and Heavy style base on predicted apparent wind angle and apparent wind speed.

Standard Features and Options

Anti-torsion rope, luff and leech lines. Ready to be set on a Code Zero furler.
