System 40 Loader with Gate. A special aluminium section of track at the base of the system allows the HS cars to be loaded and unloaded easily. This system not only simplifies mainsail handling, but also allows the lower cars to be removed when the sail is reefed, thereby keeping the tack of the sail close to the boom.
The loader includes a stop pin which provides two positions: open and closed. The loader is secured to the mast with two 5 mm screws and its slugs.
