Lewmar Steering Universal Joints
Must be fitted at both ends of a torque tube. Where a self aligning bearing is used, one Lewmar Universal Joints connects both torque tubes. Self aligning bearings work up to an angle of 15°. AMK10 universal joints have a maximum permissible working angle of 25°. Where practical, the angle at each joint should be balanced.
