We wanted to let you know about our response to the COVID-19 situation. First of all, we hope that everybody in your community is healthy. Our thoughts are with all as we try to get through these uncertain times.
For now, it’s very much business as usual. Our staff is set up to work remotely from home so you can still contact us by phone, email, or on the live chat. Our warehouse is functioning normally, with orders leaving daily. Our inventory levels and the ones at our affiliate warehouses are at normal levels.
At present, all domestic and international shipping operations continue as usual. All warehouses and hubs in Europe, Asia, and the USA are working as planned and so far, don’t have any closures. We see some reduced cargo capacity to some destinations in Europe and Asia, but at present, this is only leading to possible small delays. We will contact you if something changes regarding your order.
