Orders for delivery to the United States ship via UPS. You can choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. (During business hours we will attempt to ship your order the same day. Order must be received by 11:00am Eastern Time). If you require your order to arrive on a specific day, please select your shipping option accordingly.
Free Shipping for US Continental orders over $99. Excludes Clearance and Oversize.

Size and Weight Restrictions
Shipping costs are calculated by our system automatically for most items. You can view the accurate shipping cost on the second page of the checkout before completing your order. A shipping estimate calculator is also available in the Shopping Basket.
Oversize and Overweight items may have an additional packaging and handling fees assessed in addition to the calculated shipping. These charges will appear below the item they apply to in your shopping basket. Certain items are too large to be handled by small package carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and must be delivered by a freight company.
Sometimes our system can't calculate a shipping charge for your order. When that happens you will be see an "Estimated Shipping" charge when you checkout. Continue with your order, and we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to finalize the shipping charge.
Shipping discrepancies and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We ensure you a quick and hassle-free return or exchange process. Exchanges
Step 1: Contact our customer service team here within 30 days. If more than 30 days, restock fees will apply.
Step 2: Follow all instructions on the "Return Authorization" email. (May take up to 24 hours to be sent to your inbox).
Please note: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
You may exchange your returned product for any item on the website within 30 days. Please note this is not an expedited method and can take up to 4-6 weeks before the new item is delivered. Any additional shipping charges and difference in product prices are the customer's responsibility.
Terms and Conditions
If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing a new order for the new product/s.
Returned items must be received within 30 days in new, unused and resalable condition. Item must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Scratched, damaged, worn, washed, or altered products. All returned items are subject to a close inspection prior to acceptance. If an item is received in any of these conditions, our customer service team will contact and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping. We will only hold these items for 60 days and then they will be discarded at the customer's expense. Additional fees may apply if the return does not include the product's original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Sale and clearance, cut lines, Henri Lloyd gear, special order products, customs products, and oversize items cannot be returned.
Important Note About Free Shipping Promo
If you received free shipping on your order, any refund for returned products will be reduced by the original cost of shipping those items, as calculated by our shipping system.
Returns after 30 Days
After 30 days returns for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.
Note for oversize items
If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the product for damage before the carrier leaves. Please note any problems on the Bill of Lading.
Once we have received your return we will inspect it to make sure it meets all the criteria for return. If it is accepted we will issue you a refund for the applicable amount (less shipping and restocking fees, if applicable). Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles from when we issue a credit before it appears on your statement.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us immediately and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts and no extra cost to you.
