Spinnaker Pole End Fittings
We at Mauri Pro how important it is to switch the pole around for the perfect spinnaker gybe. A spinnaker pole end fitting can make a world of difference for your bowman when gybing the pole for your spinnaker. A pole that is poorly maintained or damaged may have difficulties with locking in the new guy or even the pole ring. Simply switching the spinnaker pole end can speed up the completion of a gybe and allow the bowman to quickly and efficiently attach the pole.

Once the pole is loaded and the end is triggered, the spinnaker pole will be ready to go. The Forespar UGPS end fitting is ideal for the dip pole gybes as the end fitting includes an internal trip mechanism that is designed to engage the jaws as the new guy is loaded into the pole. The UTR fitting is used with an internal tip function as well as a outside trigger to assist in engaging the jaws on the pole. The UXP end fitting from Forespar is designed to be used with a line which is used to open and shut the jaws. The spring on the jaw will close the end automatically once the spectra line on the jaw is released.
