Schaefer 2 Series Fiddle Blocks
2 Series Schaefer Fiddle Blocks are perfect for vangs, outhauls, backstays, cunninghams and other control sailboat
blocks on a wide variety of boats. Cheeks are constructed of tumbled and polished stainless steel for maximum
resistance to corrosion and cracking common to other plastic designs. Sheaves are made of tough, high impact
Delrin, and turn on polished, stainless steel spacers that prevent the cheeks from binding the sheave even
under heavy load. Can be used for a 4:1 purchase.

3 Series Fiddle Blocks from Schaefer offer strong, high quality
metal construction built to take the punishment associated with running
rigging mounted on the deck or spars of a sailboat. Excellent for use
on small cruisers, daysailors and high performance racing dinghies.
3 Series Schaefer Blocks use brilliant Stainless Steel or Tough, Hardcoat Anodized
Aluminum cheeks with UV protected Delrin sheaves to withstand the elements

potential mishaps far longer than other brands with standard plastic
cheeks

Schaefer 5 Series Fiddle Blocks
5 Series Schaefer Fiddle Blocks offer small to medium sized cruising and racing yachts

Schaefer 7 Series Fiddle Blocks
7 Series Schaefer Fiddle Blocks are constructed with
a large diameter single sheave and dual in-line sheaves with the ability
to spread
oversized line over a greater surface. This high load design offers
the ability
to withstand the shock loads associated with Mainsheet and Boom Vang
Systems. This powerful configuration prevents sailboat sheets from
crossing and chafing and distributes load to three axles instead of
the two
seen in other block designs.
Delrin™ or Delrin™ Ball Bearing sheave design are offered
with either high luster Stainless Steel or Hardcoat Anodized Aluminum
cheeks. All of the 7 Series Schaefer Fiddle Blocks work with
Schaefer's Universal Adapters. Spread the load and get control of
your main.
Cheeks are constructed of tumbled and polished Stainless Steel
or Hardcoat Anodized Aluminum for maximum corrosion resistance
and strength. Sheaves are made of high impact Delrin™ or Delrin™ running
on Delrin™ Ball Bearings.

8 Series Stainless Steel Schaefer Fiddle Blocks add strength

sheaves, forged stainless steel "D" shackles, bolted construction for strength
and Stainless Steel cheeks polished to a high luster add beauty and confidence
to your boat. All 8 series sailboat blocks from Schaefer feature high-strength, low-friction
Nomen™/Teflon™ bearing for smooth operation under the toughest of conditions. Cheeks are constucted of
tumbled and polished Stainless Steel or Hardcoat Anodized Aluminum. Sheaves are made of Injection molded
Delrin™ with Nomex™/Teflon™ bearings or Aluminum utilizing Delrin™ Ball Bearings and their
Nomex™/Teflon™ bearing.
Schaefer 10 Series Fiddle Blocks
10 Series Schaefer Fiddle Blocks feature Stainless Steel cheeks, forged "D" Shackles,
Universal Head swivels, Stainless Steel straps for exceptional strength and
your choice of either Lexan or our High Performance "UC" sheaves/ Lexan sheaves
use this bearing as well as a self-contained circuit of Delrin™ ball
bearings for a very smooth and strong sailboat block. Available in a variety
of styles to solve any lead issues you may have.
Cheeks are constructed of tumbled and polished Stainless Steel or Hardcoat
Anodized Aluminum. Sheaves are made of Lexas®
with Nomex&trade/Teflon™bearings or Aluminum utilizing Delrin™ Ball
Bearings and our Nomex™/Teflon™
bearing.
Schaefer 12 Series Fiddle Blocks
12 Series Schaefer Blocks contain powerful 4" diameter sheaves to handle the loads generated by
large "offshore" yachts. Highly polished Stainless Steel cheeks are reinforced with Stainless Steel V-Straps for
strength and durability under load.
Precision machined Aluminum sheaves are scored for line or wire and feature our self-contained Universal Circuit
package with the Nomex™/Teflon™ composite bearing and twin bearing races for maximum thrust load capacity.
