ANTAL Jammer VJ V-GRIP - Overview

The Antal VJ V-Grip Jammer has a locking V-cam. It offers high grip, reducing the compression on the line which allows the line to keep its shape without crushing it. It also reduces the cover damage and increases the work loads as a result. The best results have been found on lines constructed of Dyneema with composite Kevlar/Polyester covers, while traditional pure-Polyester covers over Dyneema core prove to have poor resistance. Excellent results have also been found on "all-Polyester" core/covver versions. There are 3 models of this jammer for lines ranging from 8 to 18 mm and loads over 5,000 kg. Available in single and double models. The cam is preloaded using a winch handle reducing the tension loss. A stop holds the jammer open to keep the line free. Line can be tailed with the jammer closed and it will be secured in the new position automatically.
