True magnetic tactical compass with "3 levels sensitivity" (read):
The NS360 digital compass delivers precise and reliable heading information
to help you to tack and jibe at the most suitable times. Through a simple
push button, the sub-modes let you decide the required sensitivity (High
/ Medium
/ Low) based on your boat, your style, and the current weather conditions.
Speedo GPS (read): The over ground speed of the boat
as measured by the GPS receiver is provided with several speed resolutions
(High / Medium
/ Low).
Then, the trip distance and the maximum speed can also be watched.
Wind Shift bar graph, 100% automatic: From the mean eading for your
tack, the bar graph indicates automatically the deviation from that.
If you tack
or jibe, the graph is reset and will restart on the new tack, all automatically.
Distance to the start line: The NS360W start line distance function
combines the highly accurate (1 meter) GPS and and 3 axis compass to
pinpoint exactly
where you are relative to the line.

The easiest count-down timer: Press the timer button to get the 5 minutes
sequence started. Press it again, and it will re-synchronize to 4 minutes
or 1 minute.
You can still adjust it to any minute while counting by using the arrows.
Waypoint management and Route: You can enter 100 waypoints with their
coordinates and names on 3 characters directly on the device or you can
use the Novsail
Wireless Manager software to create the waypoints and routes. Then, for
any waypoint and route, the Distance, direction and speed to reach the
selected
mark is displayed.
