Take advantage of our 30-day return policy
You may order just about anything (not valid for Custom Products), if you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging (shipping charges are not re-fundable).
Note for oversize items: If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading.
Conditions:
All return items are subject to a close inspection prior to
acceptance. After 30 days refund for
returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional
fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return
shipping
costs will
be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior
to credit given.
Important Note About Free Shipping Promo:
All refunds for returns for all returned orders that took advantage of the Free Shipping Offer will be the total value of your order minus Shipping Fee as estimated by our system as if the order was placed without the Shipping Offer.
Clearance items are non-returnable
What do I need to do?
Repackage it securely in an outer carton. Be sure to include
inside the package a copy of your sales record. You must call
1-888-756-8883 or email us for
a return authorization number before sending any item back
to Mauri
Pro Sailing. No packages will be accepted if exterior
packaging is damage. All merchandise must be in mint condition
and in the original labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping
carton and must include all packaging material. Merchandise
returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier
will charge you freight in both directions. Request an Authorization
Return Number before returning any item.
Credit:
Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Missing items:
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us immediately and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no extra cost to you.
