Edson Manual Pumps

Most versatile of all manual utility pumps due to their size and capacity. They are used for the collection and transfer of waste liquids and pumping liquids with suspended solids. They are capable of handling liquids with large suspended solids without clogging, to prime from dry starts, and to run dry. These basic performance features combined with The One Gallon Per Stroke performance make them applicable to a very diverse list of applications. Choose the pump model that best meets your needs; then build your pump with the options selection buttons available for that model.

Side Inlet Lever Action Pump

The pumps use a 32" stainless steel handle to move the diaphragm up and down with an easy back and forth lever-action motion that will pump 1 GALLON PER STROKE. When mounted to a Model 116 Carrying Board you have a manual pump that can be used anywhere.

For pumping materials that require rubber and/or pump wetted surfaces with different chemical resistent properties, Edson offers aluminum and bronze versions of the pump and optional diaphragms and valves made of Nitrile and Viton. With a self priming suction lift of 12 or 15 ft it can lift liquids that are well below the level of the pump. This feature combined with the 2" or 1 1/2” flow thru design of the diaphragm pump make it ideal for pumping liquids with large suspended solids.

Offset Drive Pump

With a self priming suction lift of 12 or 15 ft it can lift liquids that are well below the level of the pump. This feature combined with the 1 1/2” or 2" flow thru design make it ideal for pumping liquids with large suspended solids. “IF IT FLOWS THRU THE HOSE, IT WILL GO THRU THE PUMP.”

The offset feature allows the pump to be installed behind a vertical surface such as a seat riser on a sailboat. The stainless drive shaft extends thru the wall to the other side. The stainless handle socket is then fixed to the shaft and the pump can be operated while the pump remains hidden behind the wall.

Lever Action Bottom Inlet

Ideal for installations where the pump must be directly above the liquid to be transferred, such as on the top of a barrel, tank or floor openings. The pumps use a 32" stainless steel handle to move the diaphragm up and down with an easy back and forth lever-action motion that will pump 1 GALLON PER STROKE.
