Midrange Blocks
Midrange blocks robust construction makes them ideal for medium and large offshore boats. The 3.00 in. (76mm) diameter ball bearing sheave accepts 9/16 in. (14mm) line and has a working load of 1800 lbs (816 kg). Highload Midrange blocks use Torlon® balls and have a working load of 2300 lbs (1043 kg).
Use Midrange Fiddle blocks to build simple three- and four-part purchases for one-designs to large offshore boats. Their large sheave/small sheave configurations prevents line chafe and ensures a low-friction tackle.

Midrange Hexaratchets
The Midrange Hexaratchet® offers a holding power of 8:1 at 180º of wrap, yet allows crew to easy line instantly. An on/off switch disengages the ratchet mechanism in light air.
The 1571 and 1572 reverse ratchets`pair with the 1549 and 1550 for jib and spinnaker sheet aplications where ratchet rotation is in opposite directions and ratchets switches should face up. Midrange triples with ratchets and cams on adjustablearms build powerful, low profile 5:1 or 6:1 tackles for mainsheets, vangs, or backstay adjusters. Midrange Fiddles with cams include the tough 280 Cam-Matic®, which reverses for up or down release.
