Bearing box from racing to cruising

Jean-Luc Van Den Heede who broke the wes-about solo non-stop record, fitted two Facnor systems on his aluminum cutter "Adrein". What is the difference between Jean-Luc's custom reefing system and the new Facnor LS & LX Jib Furler range?
